Scopay and lunch payments
Dear parents/carers,
As some of you will already be aware, we are still experiencing issues with Scopay dinner money where accounts are not showing the correct purchase history. This is incredibly frustrating but we do want to reassure you that your money has been received and is with the catering company and all of our learners are able to purchase food on site as normal should they choose to do despite what your account may show.
Please continue to top up your child’s account as normal even if your account has not been debited, this should help you manage your family's budget. We hope your account balance and history is showing correctly very soon.
