Enrichment - Term 3
EMAIL SENT TO PARENTS THIS MORNING REGARDING ENRICHMENT FOR TERM 3:
Please find attached a list of enrichment activities available in Term 3. Clubs will run this week unless the member of staff has advised otherwise. With the exception of Food Tech and Swimming, there should be spaces available in most clubs. Please ask your child to speak to the member of staff running the club to book themselves in for this term.
Below is an update on known changes to sports clubs for Term 3:
Monday: Rugby for Boys (all years)
GCSE PE (Year 11) Badminton
Netball for Girls (all years)
Swimming (continuing as per Term 2)
Tuesday: Handball for Girls (years 9, 10 and 11)
GCSE Dance for Girls (years 10 and 11)
Wednesday: Rugby for Girls (all years)
Thursday: Football for Girls (all years)
Friday: No clubs
There is no need to book onto Sports clubs, just turn up on the day or speak to one of the member of the PE staff.
We are sorry but the following clubs have been cancelled in term 3 to allow for GCSE support and revision classes to commence
• Macbeth Crash Course (Monday) with Mrs Dyer
• Visual Media Skills Club (Tuesday) with Mrs Hicks & Mrs Webber - will return in term 6
Colouring Club (Tuesday) with Mrs Pook
• Art & Photography Workshop (Tuesday) with Mrs Kinnersley
• STEM Enterprise (Wednesday) with Mrs Hucker
• Pop up Band (Wednesday) with Mrs Murphy
Year 11 revision sessions will be offered in most subjects over the coming weeks. please see the attached list for known sessions or ask your child to speak to the relevant member of staff for further details.
If your child needs a place on late bus (and aren't already on the list for term 3), please ask them to speak to Student Reception who can book them in.
