Winterbourne Academy

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

We place a high value on our Enrichment Activities at Winterbourne Academy and our clubs are designed to give students the opportunity to try new things, learn new skills and meet new people.

We have an extensive enrichment programme, which offers activities for everyone to become involved in. Whether your child enjoy sports, performing arts, culture, wellbeing, STEM or simply learning new things, there will be something for them to enjoy.

The aim of our Enrichment Programme is to:

  • Give all students a wide range of experiences beyond the timetabled curriculum
  • Give students choices to follow their interests or try something new
  • Enable students to train for competitions or competitive tournament
  • Enable our students to give back to their community

Our clubs are updated 3 times a year (each 'big' term) and typically take place after school Monday – Friday between 3.00pm - 4.00pm. A free late bus is available from the front car park for students to use on these days.

Please use our online booking system on Arbor to see the details of our clubs and to register your child's place.
